Recently, I have been spending a lot of time planning and trying to simplify my life. However, I’ve been paying a lot more attention to the number of notifications and calls on my phone since I started limiting my social media time.

While limiting my time on social media helped me become more productive in other areas, it also forced me to learn to manage my time better.

To maximize your ability to become more productive and effective in your life, give yourself at least 2 hours each day to limit your social media usage.

I feel like I perform better and get more done when I eat breakfast every morning.

However, I recommend that you stop eating breakfast after a certain time (or choose another time to do so) and put your focus on prioritizing the most important activities first.

It’s easy to get caught up in the tasks you have to accomplish in the morning and the things you need to check for the day. The goal is to remove all of those distractions and prioritize the most important things in your day.

And for me, a daily routine is essential to my success.

3. Start each day on a high note

You know that person who always has a huge smile on their face every time you meet them? That person is highly motivated and genuinely excited about what’s going on in their life.

Why does this person have a great sense of enthusiasm every time you see them? They are always in a positive mindset.

They are always anticipating the next thing to come their way.
