NASA has created an open submission and voting platform that allows people to pick which message will be broadcast to the Voyager 1 spacecraft. The greeting will be broadcast on Sept. 5 and arrive on Sept. 6, the 40th anniversary of the spacecraft’s launch.

#MessageToVoyager was created to allow people to submit a message, under 60 characters, in any language. Ten finalists were then selected by the NASA staff, rather than by popular vote (to ensure no repeat of last year’s Boaty McBoatface debacle). Now, anyone can vote on the official page on a range of wholesome messages, including “From the stars we came, and to the stars we return,” and “All of us are behind you, and ahead of you is everything”.

Voting closes on 8 p.m. EDT Aug. 29.
